Access the Bay Magazine recently featured two of our Designated Airworthiness Engineers, Michele Dedic and Dana Eberly, two members of Team Mobile who help to ensure that the Airbus certification specifications are met.
Both women are also dedicated to encouraging young women to get involved with STEM.
According to Michele, “Nothing is more gratifying than working with a group of young people and seeing how excited they can get when shown something new.”

Dana says “We attempt to find some aspect of what we do as engineers in the aviation industry to spark an interest that can lead these young women to an education in STEM that will result in a satisfying career and life. I love watching them get excited about what they have learned and wanting to apply that new knowledge.”
