The first U.S.-built American Airlines Airbus A321 has left the paint shop at the Airbus U.S. Manufacturing Facility in Mobile, Alabama!

Airbus Americas has joined the Institute for Advanced Composites Manufacturing Innovation as a premium industrial member, aligning the mutual goals of both Airbus and the association for composite manufacturing.

Turkish Airlines, Turkey’s flagship airline, has firmed-up a commitment for the purchase of 20 additional A321neo aircraft. The airline already has 72 A321neo on order and is now again renewing its confidence in the A321neo as the aircraft of choice to boost its expansion.

With demand for the bestselling A320 Family running high, Airbus decided to increase the production rate of the Single Aisle Family to 60 aircraft a month in mid-2019.
