The Airbus U.S. Manufacturing Facility is delighted to have sponsored Mobile’s first Girls in Aviation Day event! A large group of local girls were able to experience the excitement of aviation with a tour of our A320 manufacturing facility among many other STEM activities.
Thanks to the help of Airbus volunteers, members of the Association of Women in Aviation and several neighboring sponsors for preparing the next generation of women in aviation. Thanks to our own Krystie Dunn, president of the local chapter of the Association of Women in Aviation Maintenance, for leading an event that is preparing a new generation of women in aviation.
